Melhores práticas de monitoramento e controle de riscos em projetos sociais: uma revisão

O gerenciamento de riscos é fundamental para o sucesso de projetos sociais e, portanto, este estudo teve como objetivo identificar as melhores práticas de monitoramento e controle de riscos (MCR) em projetos sociais. A revisão da literatura foi realizada para identificar quais práticas representam os pilares do gerenciamento de riscos sociais. A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados Web of Science, Scopus e Google Scholar. Após a aplicação de métodos de filtragem, foram selecionados 41 artigos para identificar os termos correspondentes às práticas de MCR. A revisão destacou que o risco social está associado à ocorrência de consequências incertas (positivas ou negativas) decorrentes de ações planejadas ou eventos que impactam nas relações sociais e valores coletivos, gerando instabilidade, conflitos ou vulnerabilidades. O estudo proporcionou um comparativo do gerenciamento de um projeto tradicional com um projeto social. As oito melhores práticas de monitoramento e controle de riscos em projetos sociais foram identificadas, destacando-se aquelas encontradas com maior frequência nas literaturas revisadas. A conclusão deste trabalho procurou mostrar que esta abordagem representa uma contribuição acadêmica significativa, fornecendo uma perspectiva mais coerente e acessível sobre as melhores práticas de monitoramento e controle de riscos em projetos sociais.
